When it comes to injury rehabilitation we are constantly researching the most appropriate and effective types of exercise to ensure and efficient and safe return to sport. She understand that not all athletes have access to a gym so these exercises will be tailored to your injury and the facilities that you have available to you.

In order to reduce the risk of injury we use a Functional Movement Systems screening tool to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain complaint or known musculoskeletal injury. The screen is graded and from each test we can distinguish if their is a stability or flexibility issue. Following the screen we will provide each athlete with a specific exercise program aimed at improving the asymmetries that are found in the test.
